By providing us with your NHS GP details, you have the option to share your notes with your NHS GP after your consultation.

 

To add or update your details:

1. Tap your profile icon (top right of the app home screen)
2. Your GP
3. Find your NHS GP’s details (you can try the NHS ODS portal or contact them to confirm their information)
4. Enter new details and Save

You may receive an email from us if we’re unable to share your notes with your NHS GP due to insufficient details. If you receive this email, please follow the steps above to update your details for future consultations.
